6. Service Availability & Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions, including issues resulting from third-party server providers or app store platforms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.
