These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by SuitedLogic Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using any application published by SuitedLogic Apps LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you comply with these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our servers or networks.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuitedLogic Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, downtime, or service interruptions.

6. Service Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions, including issues resulting from third-party server providers or app store platforms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.
