Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by SuitedLogic Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acknowledgement & Distribution Platforms

You acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and SuitedLogic Apps LLC only, and not with any third-party app store provider (such as Apple Inc. or Google LLC). SuitedLogic Apps LLC, not the app store providers, is solely responsible for our applications and their content.

2. Scope of License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use our mobile applications on any compatible device (such as Apple-branded iOS products or Android devices) that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use, and subject to the usage rules set forth by the applicable platform provider (e.g., Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service).

3. Maintenance and Support

SuitedLogic Apps LLC is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the applications. You acknowledge that neither Apple nor Google has any obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for our applications.

4. Warranty & Refunds

• For iOS Users: SuitedLogic Apps LLC is solely responsible for product warranties to the extent not disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

• For Android / Google Play Users: Refunds and warranty claims are handled in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws. SuitedLogic Apps LLC remains responsible for product warranties as outlined herein.

5. Product Claims

You acknowledge that SuitedLogic Apps LLC, not any platform provider (Apple or Google), is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application or your possession and/or use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the application fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the application or your possession and use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, SuitedLogic Apps LLC, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property claim.

7. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Billing

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription or in-app purchase through our applications, billing is handled directly through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Subscription pricing, length, terms, and cancellation policies are clearly displayed at the point of purchase. You must manage or cancel subscriptions directly through your device's account settings (e.g., Apple ID or Google Play Account settings).

10. Third-Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using our applications (for example, your wireless data service agreement or terms required by your mobile operating system).

11. Third-Party Beneficiaries

You and SuitedLogic Apps LLC acknowledge and agree that platform operators (such as Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA as it applies to iOS users, and upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

12. Additional General Terms

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software, nor use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
